Robert Joffe
Founder, Associate Broker
Robert Joffe got his start in business as a teenager selling blue jeans on street corners in downtown Detroit. It was obvious that sales success was in his blood, and by the time he was in his second year at Arizona State University, he was already buying and selling real estate. He now has more than thirty five years of operating experience in numerous facets of the real estate business. He is the co-founder of the original mall-based real estate concept in the nation, New Home Concepts, that is now duplicated all over the world, and for the last twenty years, the Joffe name has been synonymous with luxury real estate.
After selling New Home Concepts in 1999, Robert created ARJ Investments, a full service real estate firm with the added component of introducing independent investors to the real estate market. Since the company's inception in 2000, he has personally sold 2 BILLION dollars of residential real estate. In 2006, Robert formed The Joffe Group, and he and his team are top producers in the Valley every year. In 2016, Robert co-founded LAUNCH Real Estate which has quickly become one of the most respected and recognizable real estate brands in the marketplace.
Robert's single production statistics are unparalleled, and he has earned numerous awards and distinctions for his leadership and sales production. He consistently ranks at the top of The Business Journal's Book of lists, as well as amongst the top producing agents in the nation by The Wall Street Journal. Robert also has the honor of being a special real estate commissioner for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Robert's business acumen is unparalleled, and his impressive individual rankings, market knowledge and negotiating expertise, along with his superior team accomplishments, put The Joffe Group in a category of excellence that very few have achieved.
Robert has been married to Amy for 33 years, his partner in both life and business, and he is most proud that his sons, Adam and Jonah, have chosen to follow him into the family business.
Amy Joffe
Director of Marketing
Amy moved to Arizona from Dayton, Ohio in 1984 to attend Arizona State University. She graduated with a degree in Telecommunications from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications in 1988. It was there that she met her husband, Robert, Principal of The Joffe Group.
Amy has worked side by side with Robert for nearly 30 years creating numerous successful real estate concepts. As a seasoned real estate marketing professional, she's controlled multi million-dollar annual media budgets for many years, beginning at New Home Concepts, the first mall based real estate company in the nation which Robert was a co-founder. That concept is now duplicated all over the world. She has trained hundreds of realtors in the philosophy of marketing, and has created many unique marketing strategies for a whole host of businesses and clients.
Amy is currently the Director of Marketing for The Joffe Group. She also assists Robert in the daily operations of all facets of their family's business.
Amy is very involved in the community and has worked helping many non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona, Fresh Start Women's Foundation, Phoenix Children's Hospital, New Way Academy and multiple Scottsdale Schools including Hopi, Ingleside, Arcadia High, and Tavan Elementary, where you can still find her every week volunteering in the classroom.
Jonah Joffe
Realtor
Jonah was born and raised in Phoenix and has lived in the Arcadia area his entire life. Growing up the son of real estate professionals, it was a natural progression for Jonah to follow in his parents' footsteps and join The Joffe Group. After time spent working in commercial real estate with RED Development and for The Phoenix Suns, Jonah brought his experience to the family business with the hope of bringing a new generation of fresh ideas to the group's thirty-plus year legacy.
Jonah graduated from Arcadia High School and has never questioned his desire to live his life in Arizona and pursue his dream of becoming a highly successful real estate professional. His work ethic and achievement drive have always been his strength, which he uses to achieve results. It hasn't taken long for Jonah to become a force in the real estate market selling more than 225 million dollars in his first 4 years in the business.
Jonah graduated from the University of Kansas and is an avid KU basketball fan. Giving back to the local community is a priority for Jonah. He participates in various philanthropic endeavors including The Scottsdale Saguaros where he has helped raise more than $4,000,000 for local children's charities. When not working, Jonah enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, his friends, and family.
Adam Joffe
Adam has spent his entire life learning about residential real estate. Growing up in a real estate family, he showed an interest early on and had a natural understanding of the business. He was curious to know all that he could about all types of real estate and his true love for houses began while working on a construction crew at 15 years old.
After interning at the biggest commercial firm in Tucson, and a top development firm in Phoenix, he decided that residential real estate was where he would naturally land. He has been selling since 2013 and his unlimited connections in the industry coupled with his real estate knowledge base help his clients achieve their desired results daily.
Adam brings a high level of focus and enthusiasm to the business and believes that the only way to succeed is to treat everyone he works with daily with kindness and respect. He enjoys the one-on-one interaction with people, and his calm and steady demeanor and easily approachable style make him a great choice when looking for a real estate agent.
When not listing and selling homes, Adam can be found obsessing over his favorite sports teams.
Andrew Mehlman

A strong knowledge of Arcadia, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale (the communities where he grew up), coupled with Fortune 500 experience in sales, negotiations, and international business enable Andrew to serve his clients well. In 2013, Andrew successfully sold his share of the import business and was able to return to residential real estate on a full time basis. Andrew is a graduate of The University of Colorado, Boulder-Leeds School of Business. He enjoys spending time with his two teenage children, watching them participate in sports and other activities. A round of golf is also a welcome respite.
Jennifer Sheedy

Jen is a native Arizonan and has been a Real Estate Agent and Advisor since 2002. She grew up in the Arcadia neighborhood and still resides there, close to her extended family.
