Robert's Take, Holiday Reflections and a Market Poised to Move

Tis the season to look inward, so instead of inundating you with real estate facts and figures this month, I thought I’d take a moment to let you know just how grateful I am that you take time out of your busy lives to acknowledge what I have to say each month. I created this segment to be a simple message with a brief overview of where I see the market, and I have been amazed by all the opinions you share. Your requests for information, reactions to subject matter and positive feedback have been an unexpected yet welcomed benefit. I will continue to bring you honest market evaluation, gently advise when I feel it’s appropriate, and welcome your continued feedback. Finally, because I can’t help myself, I will say that the market is on the move, and I fully expect a busy first quarter.
